Ashton Kutcher recently revealed that he was angry with his ex-wife Demi Moore’s memoir, Outside and inside after being released in 2019.
The two were married from 2005 to 2013 after two years of seeing each other. At the time, Kutcher was 27, while Moore was 42 and newly divorced from Bruce Willis.
In himself Outside and inside memoir, Moore touches on several aspects of her life, including her time with Kutcher. He also blamed the actor for triggering his return to alcohol.

Speak to Esquire in a recent interview, Kutcher revealed that he was “king mad” when his ex-wife Moore released her memoir in September 2019. In a feature published on Tuesday, the actor declined to say much about it; however, he shed some light on how the book affected his family.
“I finally got to the point where the press had completely stopped me and [my wife] Mila [Kunis] and my life and my family,” said Kutcher, per Page Six. The “Two and a Half Men” actor is married to Mila Kunis, with whom he has two children, Wyatt and Dimitri.
According to him, Moore’s memoir prompted the paparazzi to continue hunting him and his family, even going to his children’s school.
He said, “And the next day, [the paparazzi] is at my children’s school.” Kutcher, however, stated that he has no hard feelings toward Moore.

In her memoir, Moore talks about her and Kutcher’s time together, including the two threesomes they had in their relationship. The actress also accused Kutcher of making her relapse into drinking. He claimed that he had said, at the time, that he did not believe in alcoholism, and in trying to come to terms with his beliefs, Moore relapsed.
During his interview with Esquire, Kutcher talked about the responsibilities he had to take on at the time, especially with Moore’s three children from his previous marriage. “I’m 26 years old, taking on the responsibility of an 8-year-old, 10-year-old, and 12-year-old,” the actor said. He also revealed that he still has a relationship with Moore’s children.
The former couple had tried to have children together before their divorce; however, Moore miscarried when she was six months pregnant. Kutcher said, “I love children. … The idea of having another child would be incredible. For whatever reason, I had to have that experience.”

Moore and Kutcher finalized their divorce in 2013, two years after they separated. Speaking about the moment, Kutcher revealed that he felt like a “damn king failure.” He continued, “Nothing makes you feel like a failure like a divorce. You’re a failure at marriage.”
By 2013, the actor was romantically involved with Kunis and married two years later. Speaking about their union, Kutcher praised Kunis for her independence as well as her talent, skills and gifts.
He said, “The thing about Mila that makes our relationship even closer is that I’ve always admired her. His talents, his skills, his gifts. I know that he doesn’t need me. And he knows that I don’t need it. We already know each other’s shit.”
Kutcher also shared that Kunis is “cooler” than him. A year after they married, the “Bad Moms” actress gave birth to Wyatt, and in 2016 they welcomed Dimitri.

After six years together, Moore ended her marriage to Kutcher in 2013. There were reports of Kutcher cheating on her at the time, and the actress confirmed it in her announcement when she said she has “certain values and vows that I hold sacred.”
“As a woman, mother, and wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to continue my life,” said Moore according to People’s Magazine. “This is a challenging time for me and my family, so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone in a similar situation.”
The “No Strings Attached” actor is rumored to have cheated on Moore with a 22-year-old blonde allegedly on the eve of his sixth wedding anniversary with the actress. Kutcher also released a statement about the divorce minutes after Moore, revealing that he will always “cherish” their time together.
“I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world, and unfortunately, sometimes, they fail. Love and Light.”
