The “Bachelor” star shared a photo of herself in a black and white polka dot bikini as she splashed around in the pool basking in the sun.
“Soaking every last minute ☀️?,” she captioned the post.
Following his time on Matt James’ season of “The Bachelor,” he reflects on his time on reality television.
“Life is pretty crazy and sometimes it takes you down a path you never dreamed of or imagined. This part of my life is definitely one of those times and all I know is that if I listen to fear, I’ll never experience something that I really- so grateful,” the 25-year-old model wrote in a lengthy Instagram caption after she was eliminated.
“In life there are no guarantees and just because you want something or think something is right, doesn’t mean it will always work out,” he continued to write. “But I know one thing for sure … if you never face your fear and just keep going, the answer will always be no. So this year I continue to face my fear every day without regret. I have come to a point where I have complete and wholehearted faith that God has a plan and that he will use everything for good. So instead of cowering in fear, I want to always step out in faith (even when I’m scared) and be a part of the plan.”
He concluded with, “I might get heartbroken or face some disappointments along the way, but hey that’s life and I’ll gladly accept those disappointments knowing that I didn’t let fear rule my life. I live in faith not in fear and learned that when something scares me, instead of running away I will … ✨SCARED✨.”

In another photo, Martin is seen reclining by the pool, soaking up every last minute of the summer sun.
The model showed off her bikini body as she splashed around in the water, wowing her Instagram followers. Many took to the comments section to share their thoughts using emojis such as the head heart emoji, the red heart eye emoji and the flame emoji.
Another wrote, “YES YES YES!!!!” and “Beautiful”.
Martin admits that fear has prevented him from moving forward in his life, but he has ended it. “It has kept me from pursuing what I want and what I feel called to… BUT that is something I will no longer let control me,” she wrote on Instagram. “I actively work to face my fears every day and not let the worry of what other people think of me hold me back from anything.”
