shooting
The shooting of Bade Mian Chhote Mian began on 17 January 2023 in Mumbai and ended on 1 February 2024. Cars, bicycles, Chinook helicopters and tanks are used in many of the film’s action scenes. Along with this, the Indian Army Airstrip was re-established in the Liwa Desert to enable proper firing.

There was an accident during the shooting of the film. Akshay Kumar was injured while shooting the bike chase sequence.
The film is made on a budget of Rs 350 crore and produced by Pooja Entertainment in association with AAZ Films. British studio DNEG worked on its VFX.
