In September, rumors surfaced that the “Titanic” actor had found his new young crush in an IMG-signed model. While neither party has publicly denied or confirmed the romance rumours, they have been spotted hanging out several times.
With their possible romance blossoming, a source claims Gigi’s sister Bella is unhappy with DiCaprio’s choice of boyfriend.

A source close to the Hadid family revealed to the Mirror that Bella has reservations about Gigi dating DiCaprio because she believes her sister is too good for the famous Hollywood playboy.

As you know, the “Revenant” actor has a history of dating women much younger than him and dumping them when they hit 25 years old. He has had various A-list models as exes, with the latest being Camila Morrone, who he split from in August, a few months after his 25th birthday.
While Gigi may have missed the required age milestone by two years, Bella isn’t convinced that DiCaprio has good intentions for her sister. According to the insider: “Bella thinks that Gigi is too good for Leo, and the way he jumps at Gigi seemingly without a thought for his previous girlfriend makes Bella cringe.”
The “Bella Hadid’s Guide to LA” star believes the three-time Golden Globe winner is “not right” for Gigi and may bring her “hurt” and embarrassment if things don’t work out. “He [Bella’s] worried that Gigi could be sick and embarrassed,” said the source.
The insider mentioned that instead, Bella wants her sister to focus on her role as a mother to her daughter rather than getting involved with Hollywood’s “biggest model chaser.”

Bella isn’t the only family member to share their thoughts on Gigi and DiCaprio’s blossoming romance. As The Blast previously reported, Gigi’s father, Mohamed Hadid, opened up about how he feels about the relationship, and it’s positive.
The business tycoon recalled his first meeting with “The Great Gatsby” star, saying, “I met Mr. DiCaprio in St. Tropez four or five years ago, and he was a very nice man. I liked him.”
Regarding the news of DiCaprio and his eldest daughter being in a relationship, Mohamed said, “They’re friends – they’ve known each other for a long time. I don’t talk to my daughter about Mr. DiCaprio. I don’t think they are dating – I believe they are just good friends. But I really don’t know.”
The patriarch declared that he will not comment on his feelings about his daughter’s relationship because he does not have any rights in the matter.
Gigi and DiCaprio were first spotted hanging out at the New York Fashion Week after party in New York. An anonymous witness claimed that the two stars were sitting at the same table and were quite comfortable with each other.

Rumors were fueled when the 47-year-old actor was seen sitting and picking up Gigi as she walked the runway for Versace at Milan Fashion Week. Coincidentally, her ex, Morrone, was present in the VIP section of the fashion event.
“They meet completely. Gigi and Leo are the real deal. They have been hanging out a lot and really love each other,” the insider said after the second hangout.
