Bella Poarch was born on February 9, 1997 in the Philippines to Filipino parents. In an interview said that he was raised by his grandmother in a slum until the age of three and then adopted by his foster family. His adoptive father was probably a white American who had served in the US military and his adoptive mother was Filipino. Both of his adoptive parents had met in the Asian country where his adoptive father was stationed, before settling in the Philippines.
