Bethenny Frankel recently completed another trip around the sun, and she couldn’t be happier!
It was an affair of family and friends for the Bravo star as she celebrated her 52nd birthday on Friday, November 4, with her partner Paul Bernon, her 12-year-old daughter, Bryn, and her staff. He was more than happy to give fans a glimpse on Instagram of how the event went, using a number of photos and videos showcasing the fun moments the band had over the weekend.

The overjoyed celeb shared a carousel of six detailed photos, some captioned, “Some pics from my super casual pizza truck with my staff & loved ones,” of her birthday last weekend. He ended his message by revealing how he commemorates each new age:
“Counting memories… not cupcakes or years.”
Alongside the caption are love, pizza and cupcake emojis accompanied by several hashtags, including “#nofilter #happybirthday #mommyandme and #biggysmallz.”
In the images, Frankel looks like she’s having the time of her life as several show her with her fiancee and daughter, while two videos complete the slide. The first picture shows the family three posing on a balcony, with the celebrity kissing her man on the cheek while her daughter stands in front of them, beaming.
Subsequent images show the TV personality sitting on a bench on the grass with Bernon and their white dog. His partner was seen kissing his cheek while placing one hand on the puppy.

As a social media influencer, the 52-year-old entrepreneur has quite a large following on several social media platforms, including TikTok, where he has close to a million followers.
Despite this, she filed a class action lawsuit against the website for “alleged violation of her right to publicity and unauthorized use of her image and likeness to promote and sell counterfeit products on the platform.”
In a statement released after the filing, Frankel declared that he wants to be “a voice for change in the space.” Meanwhile, the lawsuit was prompted by another company that allegedly stole and reposted his TikTok videos for marketing purposes.
The American businesswoman eventually asked for compensation for “substantial damage to her business and reputation, as well as broad changes to impose stricter regulations on TikTok advertising.”

It’s no news that she’s been a relentless critic of the Kardashian-Jenner brand over the past few months, including slamming two products from Kim K’s skincare line and Kylie Jenner’s Birthday PR Box.
However, he acted differently when he posted a positive review of Kim’s SKIMS sock line but deleted it soon after, informing fans of his intention to distance himself from any family business.
The creator of BStrong also mentioned, “an individual that I will not talk about because I have decided I purge them from any conversation I have anywhere” owns five percent of the SKIMS business.
Although he did not want to talk about the individual, he stated that rejecting the review was not a personal matter for him but was necessary because he made the mistake of promoting the wrong person by reviewing socks.
