Bethenny Frankel Urged To Help ‘Starving’ Palestinians After Hamas Attack On Israel

Fans want Bethenny Frankel to do more than she already has amid the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian war.

The reality television star has come under fire for what she wants to do for Palestine after she shared numerous photos of aid her foundation has donated to Israel. The conflict between the two countries began on Saturday, October 7 when Palestinian militant groups, mainly led by Hamas, began a large-scale invasion of Israel from the Gaza Strip.

Bethenny Frankel’s Israel Aid Update Raises Questions About Aid For Palestine

Over the weekend, distressing videos and images showing mosques and residential buildings in ruins in Gaza and Israel flooded social media. Seeing the devastation the conflict brought to life and infrastructure in both regions, Frankel chose to donate relief supplies to Israel through his disaster relief organization, BStrong.

Upon arrival at the destination, the goods are distributed to people who need them. Their reaction to receiving the help can be seen in a photo posted by the former Real Housewives of New York star on Instagram.

While one slide shows the warehouse containing the goods, another shows a boy and a woman embracing, and yet another is a person taking the goods. The final slide of the carousel is a statement not only written in white with a black background but also captioning the post. It reads:

“Our goal is ONE MILLION DOLLAR with almost 750k donations in two days. This is a scary time. BSTRONG / @globalempowermentmission provides immediate disaster relief. We save lives and provide relief including, but not limited to, sustenance, supplies, medical, construction, pets, baby|women’s products, hydration, children’s entertainment and anything else needed after a disaster that results in great loss.”

After mentioning that “a BStrong cargo plane is being loaded with aid and will be on its way to Israel and our team is on the move to help anyone in need,” Frankel concluded:

“Thanks to you and the 300 million + in aid we have done worldwide, we are prepared for this horrific event. Thank you for trusting us. Sending peace and love and healing to the world Please donate. ? go to business.”

Instead of being recognized for her good work, the “Bethenny” alumna was questioned about her plans for Palestine in the comments section. One asked, “Are you also going to send aid to Palestine??? ?? is making them starve, leaving them without food, water, electricity, etc. There are over 2 million inhabitants, half of whom are children.”

“What about the 2.5 million people who are surrounded without water, food, electricity or medicine? The double standard of the west is becoming more and more apparent. Disappointed in you Bethenny,” a second critic commented, while a third exclaimed, “May Palestine get help too!”

A fourth observer stated, “I hope that innocent Palestinians can also benefit from any proposed assistance. They also suffer. The whole situation was heartbreaking.”

The controversy in his comments was exactly the kind he said he didn’t want to be a part of recently. As The Blast reported earlier this week, Frankel took to his Instagram Story to upload a video, in which he asked for donations regarding aid for Israel after the attack, saying:

“As with Ukraine when it started, I will not tolerate disputes in my comments and discussions about things that do not include helping people who are human, [their] the human condition, innocent victims, and homeless people, family members. [People] which is nothing. So, if you want to fight other people, please this is not the place.”

Skinny Girl Entrepreneur Rushes to Help Turkey After Terrible Earthquake

In February, the author of “Skinnydipping” expressed his horror at learning of a 7.8 magnitude earthquake in Turkey that has caused suffering for thousands of people. According to The Blast, he shared his concerns and revealed his plans to help once he received permission from his BStrong partner through his Instagram Story.

The caption on the video emphasized the seriousness of the situation, reading, “This Is a Crisis.” The publisher of “The SkinnyGirl Dish: Easy Recipes for Your Natural Skinny Life” says:

“My partner just called me that we have a team going to Turkey because of the terrible and terrible earthquake. He estimated the death to be catastrophic and compared it to Haiti, where he was 90 times to more than 90 times. So I just became aware of this and it’s horrible.”

In a subsequent update, Frankel stated, “Turkey update. It looks like it’s much worse than Haiti because of the destroyed structures and you don’t know how many people are under these ruins.”

He pointed out that he plans to “send a truck now that will take 2.5 days to reach Istanbul,” and if that doesn’t work out, he has a private jet that can make deliveries on standby.
