Beyoncé is laying down the law ahead of her next Renaissance tour.
Throughout his long career, the multi-talented performer has earned the respect and admiration of legions by effortlessly succeeding in whatever he takes on. However, he only achieves that goal by putting some things in place, especially when fans watch him perform live. Queen Bey — as she’s fondly called — has now begun the process of giving fans an unforgettable experience with her upcoming tour.
Beyoncé Lays Out Guidelines For Her Crew Ahead Of Her 2023 World Tour
If there’s one thing Beyoncé is known for, it’s perfection in her performances. In fact, anyone who has ever seen him on stage can attest to his seamless transitions between sets. So when he announced his Renaissance World Tour earlier this year, fans were more than willing to spend their savings on tickets.
Apart from accidentally telling that the concert will start in the summer of 2023, the singer has not yet released any details. However, The Sun shared that the “Break My Soul” hitmaker has started assembling his team.

One step he took was to enforce a “no drugs or alcohol” policy to keep his dancers, bands and crew focused throughout the summer. The “Formation” singer will also create a “safe work environment” by reportedly conducting background checks on every staff member, especially in the #MeToo area. In the words of one source:
“Bey knows the new show will require intense choreography and precision, so everyone needs to be clean and sober. There will be no crazy parties on the road either.”
The insider went on to reveal Bey’s plans for her staff’s mental well-being, “Since touring can be mentally draining, her new team will also have access to mental health support while traveling. He knows people are happiest when they know their well-being is fulfilled and wants to use what he’s learned in business to lead by example.”
Although an official tour date has yet to be revealed, the first pair of tickets — including a VIP flight — were sold for £44,000 during her mother Tina Knowles’ WACO (Where Art Can Occur) Theater fundraising event two months ago.
The event, known as The Wearable Art Gala, was started by Tina and her husband, Richard Lawson, to help raise funds to pay for the theater’s arts and youth mentoring programs. The Gala resumes its fifth edition after a two-year hiatus due to COVID, with the theme “Harlem Nights”.

According to The Blast, the Renaissance concert package was auctioned off with a starting bid of $20,000 during the fundraiser. Package details were shared in viral photos and footage from the gala:
“Worthed at a total of $20,000, United X WACO offers you the opportunity to see Beyoncé on her Renaissance Tour beginning in the summer of 2023 at any of United’s national and international destinations around the world.”
The statement further explained that the package includes two United Airline Polaris international First Class tickets to select cities and a three-night hotel stay at a Marriott property.
Two tickets to the show and a backstage tour with Tina as a guide will be given extra. Within minutes a bidding war, which started at $50,000, had begun, with Hollywood big names, such as Vivica A. Fox, making a play for it.
‘Dreamgirls’ Cast Called For Back Payments
The Blast reported in October that the designer who fashioned Beyoncé for her “Renaissance” album had some scores to settle with her. The designer, Nusi Quero, claimed that the “Wanita Tunggal” singer has yet to complete payment for her work.
Quero’s since-deleted Instagram post showed a screenshot of Bey’s seventh studio album cover art, with this accompanying statement, “I wasn’t paid for this, among other things,” on it.
The second slide saw the Los Angeles-based professional call the mother-of-three’s personal stylist Marni Senofonte, claiming that she “absolutely wishes the best from you and your team.”
Quero hinted that he would take legal action to ensure that Senofonte settles “the outstanding balance you owe me and my collaborators for about 3 months.”
