Champion ‘Big Brother’ Dr. Will Kirby has just settled his divorce, and a very important part of the family will be with him…the family dog.
According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the ‘Big Brother 2’ winner has officially ended his marriage to his wife — Erin Brodie — and broken down their finances and who gets what in their split.
In the filing, the famous couple agreed to joint legal and physical custody of their two minor children. As for child support, the former spouses “have specifically agreed that child support shall be set at $0, and that neither party shall pay child support to the other at this time.”

Interestingly, the former couple specifically stated the “property” that each would take from the marriage, and it included interesting ones. Dr. Kirby will keep all “jewelry and personal items” including the Rolex watch. Additionally, he will retain all rights to “Kirby Dermatology” which is his medical practice. And…according to the document he will also keep “The dog, Wriggley.”

As for Erin, she will keep any “furniture, fixtures, artwork, equipment and other personal property, currently in her possession.” Furthermore, any gift, inheritance before marriage.”
The good news…the former couple agreed to own a property together in Los Angeles and will keep it until their children finish high school. The parties will pay equally the cost of managing the household.

Finally, the spouse agrees to this statement regarding any other spousal support. “William agrees that he has sufficient financial resources to meet the costs of his 3 living needs, and that he does not require spousal support from Erin.” Adding, “Erin agrees that she has sufficient financial resources to meet her 5 cost of living requirements, and that she does not require Spousal Support from William.”
In the end, this seems to be a very good split and solution.

Dr Will Kirby Is Still Considered Among The Best ‘Big Brother’ Contestants
The ‘Big Brother’ stars announced the split in a joint statement, saying, “While we explore what our future looks like, our relationship is stronger than ever, just not in the traditional sense. We remain committed to being the best parents to our two children and supporting each other as we navigate this transition.”
Besides being a famous dermatologist, Kirby also won the celebrity edition of ‘The Price Is Right’ in 2016. Erin is famous in her own right, winning the reality show ‘For Love or Money,’ in 2003.
