Big Sean remembers old gifts for his Thanksgiving celebration!
The rapper was signed to Kanye West’s record label “GOOD Music” when he first entered the industry and collaborated with major artists, including Ye, over the years. Despite some controversial remarks from label owners against him, he has chosen to remember better times based on his recent posts.

After sharing two super-cute father-son photos in celebration of his first Thanksgiving as parents, Big Sean took to his Instagram story to give a brief history of the origins of his outfit for the intimate occasion.
Dressed in a black blazer and trousers, and with his hair in cornrows, the 34-year-old paired it with black dinner shoes and a white undershirt with about two buttons left open. She accessorized it with a double layered diamond piece. In the caption, the “Dance (Ass)” artist explained the origin of the jacket, writing:
“You gave me a Balmain 1 of 1 sample jacket 7 years ago when we shot the All Your Fault video (love that song). It was always too big, but I finally worked my way up, finally wearing it… into the living room and kitchen to eat at TG [palms up emoji].”
The star’s fans may be starting to think it’s a dig at his former mentor because XXL Mag reported last December that the “Bounce Back” rapper had some choice words for his older colleague during an appearance on the “Drink Champs” podcast.

“The College Dropout” rapper previously stated on the same episode of the program that signing the “Blessings” star was the worst decision he ever made. The Detroit native responded that he still loves Ye but believes his words were completely inappropriate, adding, “At first, I thought it was funny. I thought the bullshit was funny.”
He told the host that it got personal because “he’s the only artist who released five albums under GOOD Music.” The “I Don’t Fu*k with You” rapper also revealed that DJ Cudi, a former member, left a long time ago due to different business ideas and despite that, they are still “following and in touch”.
Big Sean stated that five of his releases made it to consecutive number one on the billboard, platinum and double platinum albums. The father of one praised the CEO saying that signing with the record label was still a “golden opportunity”, which changed his life.
The “Detroit 2” star said that he likes the entrepreneur for that, which is why he always answers his calls. Sean added that whenever Ye called him to contribute to a song, he would be there, adding, “Dan has done this and not asked to publish many times. why? Because he gave me a golden opportunity to sign GOOD Music.”

The “Finally Famous” artist admitted that the signing didn’t benefit him financially as he revealed that Ye owes him six million dollars, so he was upset to hear what the “Donda 2” rapper had to say about him. He noted that even his manager looked at the deal and said, “This is a bad record deal.”
The 34-year-old revealed that Ye contacted him after the episode aired, asking him to meet with him and his mother to “start healing on both sides,” which angered him that he was publicly shamed for nothing.
The “Wolves” rapper stated that while he likes the award-winning rapper, he “thought what he said was mean. And I thought that was ungodly. It was a personal attack for no reason, and he didn’t have to do all of that.”
