The 20-year-old delighted her fans when she posted a picture of her upcoming fragrance on her Instagram page. The picture finally gives its viewers a glimpse of what the product will look like – a sleek black metal silhouette on the upper part of a human body. The post’s caption read:
“Eilish No. 2…. My new fragrance is coming soon!!!…. I have been waiting to share this one with you!!!!”
Although he didn’t reveal the release date, his followers don’t seem to care too much about it. They dropped comments expressing their excitement like “YAS,” “My bank account,” and “OMG! Yes, I’ve been waiting.”
Just last year too, the “Everything I Wanted” singer broke into the beauty business when she released her first fragrance to rave reviews, as reported by Harpers Bazaar. Eilish told the platform that she wanted the fragrance to feel like a warm hug and that it’s a scent she’s been chasing for a long time — adding that it’s also now her favorite scent.
The songwriter also told Vogue that because she can smell colors which is a case of a condition called synesthesia, this makes her attracted to amber-colored scents. So being able to experience one sense through the other helps him produce a fragrance that infuses themes like mandarin, cocoa, red berries and amber all together, vanilla.
The entrepreneur also explained to ELLE that the fragrance to her is comforting and sensual and that it makes her want to be hugged at Christmas. The bottle, made with gold metallic material to look like an upper body sculpture, was inspired by the “Kuasamu” singer’s favorite body part; back, neck, and collarbones.
