A seventh fan then raved, “Aww ? the happiest birthday to the best brother. we all love you, sm finneas❤️..” Finneas, who is four years older than Billie, has almost the same popularity as his sister in the entertainment industry.

In addition to receiving five nominations at the 62nd Grammy Awards in 2020, he also wrote and produced Billie’s debut album “When We Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?” He has also worked with Selena Gomez, Halsey, and Camila Cabello.

According to reports, the 26-year-old and his sister began making music together as children in Los Angeles’ Highland Park area, where they were raised by their parents, Maggie Baird and Patrick O’Connell. Baird and O’Connell are actors who work at home raising their children, with Finneas describing the family as “a very crunchy family, kind of a hippie-dippy family.”

His father also mentioned in an interview, “We never put emphasis on getting a job and making a living. If we modeled anything, it was broken and artistic.”

Before gaining recognition in the music industry, the Academy Award winner starred in several productions between 2013 and 2015, including cameos on “Modern Family”, the final season of “Glee” as Allistair, and “Life Inside Out” as Shane.

He said of his role on “Glee,” “I feel like I’m part of the seminal end of this thing. It’s funny doing your fourth episode, and everyone’s crying, and it’s like their 130th episode.”

About four years later, following Finneas’ contribution to Billie’s first album, she released her debut solo EP “Blood Harmony,” which was inspired by her bond with her sister. He is currently in a relationship with YouTube star and fashion influencer Claudia Sulewski who has a following on Instagram and YouTube and for whom Finneas wrote the song “Claudia” the first day they met.
