Actress Billie Eilish has been granted a restraining order against an alleged stalker who reportedly used her outdoor shower.
According to court documents from The Blast, the 21-year-old man and his parents were granted an order of protection by Los Angeles County in California Superior Court.

According to new court documents from The Blast, the “Ocean Eyes” singer has taken out a restraining order against an alleged stalker who she reportedly caught showering outside her home.
The 21-year-old testified by subpoena, and a protective order was also granted to his parents. The Honorable Judge Adrian Gidaya Roxas issued the restraining order on Thursday, April 13, against a man named Raymond Black.
The hearing began at 9:48 a.m. Thursday. It’s unclear how long the meeting lasted, but a restraining order was granted, lasting five years, and set to expire on April 13, 2028. Until then, Black cannot “take any action to obtain” an address or location.

As The Blast reported, the “Happier Than Ever” singer sought a restraining order against her stalker’s allegations in February 2023. She claims that many people have “stalked, harassed and threatened” her life because of her fame, and this is no exception.
“Unfortunately, my commercial success has also coincided with random individuals, previously unknown to me, stalking, harassing, and threatening me and trying to contact me personally and potentially harm me,” Eilish wrote in the court petition. “This includes disturbed individuals going to extremes, like trying to break into my house and my parents’ house.”
“Due to past events, I have had to hire a 24-hour security team and take other security measures to prevent further invasion of my and my family’s privacy,” he continued. “Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, on the evening of February 20, 2023, an individual broke through the wall of my residence and proceeded to trespass on my property and stalk me.”

In court papers, Eilish claimed that she found her alleged stalker “on my pool deck around 7:30” at night. In the filing, she claims that she found him standing shirtless outside her living room window and only realized he was there when she turned on the light. He added that he had been staring at her through the glass.
She described how she quickly called 911 and how law enforcement officers arrived at her home but did not find the intruder. They were able to locate him in the local area and arrest him.
Eilish later reviewed security footage from her home and claimed that Mr. Black, “among other things, took off his robe and used the outdoor shower at my house.”

“Although this is not the first time that unknown individuals have tried to contact my family or me and stalk us, each incident, including the February 20 incident, has caused me significant anxiety, fear and emotional stress regarding my safety and those close to me. family,” the “beautiful” singer wrote in court documents, noting that she had been seen on security camera footage at her parents’ home as well.
He added, “I fear that one day one of these individuals will do something violent or disturbing to one of my family members or me.”
