Chandler Powell recently completed alligator training, and his wife, Bindi Irwin, celebrated his accomplishment by sharing the exciting news on social media.

“Chandler has worked hard for years to reach what is known as level eight training proficiency,” Bindi’s brother Robert Irwin said in a video shared on Bindi’s Instagram page. “Please see Chandler’s amazing passion, dedication and expertise with alligators.”
A video with clips of Powell working with some alligators is then shown, and at the end of the video, a picture of Chandler as a child. “Chandler, you are now signed for a crocodile at the Australia Zoo,” Robert said as Chandler received the certificate. “We love you so much and we are so proud of you mate.”
Bindi’s post was captioned, “Beyond proud of you, @chandlerpowell for completing your alligator training! This is a huge achievement. You have worked so hard and you are now signed with every crocodile here at #AustraliaZoo,” the caption began. “You inspire others to respect and appreciate the very important #crocodile. These modern day dinosaurs mean the world to us. ?”
Powell added his thoughts in the comments section of the post saying, “Thank you for everything ❤️ Love our alligators and teach others to love them too.” Many fans also added positive comments and congratulations for his big achievement. “Brilliant Carrying On Steve’s Legacy ?,” wrote one follower. Another added, “Congratulations!! So amazing! Love your sweet family ❤️.” One follower commented on Powell’s baby photo that ended the video caption, “Grace looks like chandler as a baby!!”

While many people had the opportunity to see Bindi and her brother Robert grow up thanks to their late father, Steve Irwin the “Crocodile Hunter” and Terri’s mother, Bindi and Chandler’s daughter Grace are now in the spotlight.
