Blac Chyna & Tyga Agree Not To Be ‘Disrespectful’ To Each Other In Custody Settlement

Details of Blac Chyna and Tyga’s custody settlement of their son King Cairo have been revealed!

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Chyna and Tyga have been held to a pretty high standard regarding their child’s safety, promising not to speak negatively about each other in front of the child.

Inside Blac Chyna & Tyga’s Care Solution

As you know, Blac Chyna and Tyga were granted joint legal and physical custody of their 11-year-old son but that came with some conditions that had to be met. In the agreement, Cairo will remain a resident of the United States, with neither party having the authority to change her country of residence without “the written consent of the other parent.”

Both Chyna and Tyga were ordered to share information and the right to make key decisions about Cairo’s education, health and welfare. They also have shared access to all of his medical records and cannot make unilateral decisions about major decisions or non-emergency health issues without consulting the others.

Perhaps what stands out in the custody settlement is that the former couple is ordered to respect each other in front of their child. “Either parent shall not speak in a negative, disrespectful or derogatory manner to or about the other parent in the presence of the child or within earshot of the child,” read the filing. “Both parents should ensure that all other family members and friends comply with this order.”

Additionally, Chyna and Tyga will return to Family Court Services if they need to have a dispute over the routine schedule and agree to modify the order for the child. Regarding their parenting schedule, Tyga will continue to spend the most time with his son.

However, the “Rob & Chyna” stars will have custody of their son “every Weekend from Friday after school or 10:00 AM if there is no school until Monday drop off at school or 12:00 PM if there is no school.”

Chyna and Tyga will communicate with each other through the online program “Our Family Wizard” designed to help the former couple communicate. Remember that Chyna enrolled in and completed a parent education program in November prior to mediation.

Blac Chyna Officially Files Custody Case To Collect Child Support From TygaMega

The Blast announced that Chyna took Tyga to court in August to establish paternity and collect child support.

She filed a “petition to determine parental relationship” asking for joint custody. “The court may make an order for child support and issue an assignment of income without further notice to either party,” he wrote.

The “Freaky Deaky” rapper, however, was not satisfied with the filing, responding with a request for sole custody of the little one. Fortunately, the battle is over now and both sides can focus on parenting with the little one.

Ahead of the custody settlement, Chyna opened up about the reasons behind her breakup with Tyga. The reality star, who goes by Angela White, claims their romance ended because of, Kylie Jenner, the younger sister of her father Rob Kardashian.

“He was really sweet and very charming, and I saw something there. We were together for three years,” she recalls her romance with the rapper whose real name is Micheal Ray Stevenson.

However, when Jenner entered the chat, things got out of hand. “Then he started talking to Kylie at the time, who was like 16 or something, Yeah, I’m engaged and stuff, so that was the end of it,” Chyna declared.

Chyna explained that she found out that Tyga and Jenner met each other on the internet, just like everyone else. However, he didn’t take it seriously until the “Hookah” rapper’s friend moved his possessions out of the house they shared.

The video vixen admitted that it was difficult for her to face the complicated situation because of her friendship with Kim Kardashian, Jenner’s sister.

“It was like, no one saw the betrayal that happened behind my back talking to someone — Kim — and then her younger sister, who she couldn’t control, started talking to my fiancé, and then I was attacked. And it’s like, how does it work?” Chyna sighed.
