The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Jen Shah has officially reported to jail on charges including wire fraud.

The 48-year-old is reportedly in processing and will report directly to FPC Bryan in Texas accordingly TMZ. Jen was set to serve 6.5 years after pleading guilty in July to conspiracy to commit wire fraud involving a telemarketing company she ran with several others.
Prosecutors said that Jen targeted and cheated people out of their hard-earned money with the scheme. Some say Jen is lucky the feds want a hard 10 years for a widespread crime but they just feel sorry for her.
Jen was sentenced in January and 6.5 years in prison is just the beginning for the mother of two. Jen has several conditions to follow once she completes her prison time.

Once Jen gets out, she’ll be on five years of supervised release, which could mean an ankle monitor is in her future. The full stipulation states, “You must participate in an outpatient mental health treatment program approved by the United States Probation Office.”
In addition, “You must continue to take any prescribed medication unless directed otherwise by a healthcare provider. You must contribute to the cost of services rendered based on your ability to pay and the availability of third party payment. Courts allow the release of available psychological and psychiatric evaluations and reports, including pre-sentence investigation reports, to health care providers.
The outpatient treatment will also include unannounced drug and alcohol testing.

We all know that Jen loves to spend money and the probation process after her release from prison, unfortunately, has a hold on her coin as well. Jen’s probation officer will have “access to any financial information requested.”
In addition, he needs to request permission to “incur new credit charges or open additional credit lines” this is primarily for his recovery. Jen is responsible for paying back the elderly, sick and financially desperate people she preys on in order to get her “Shah-mazing” lifestyle.

The restitution for Jen is set at $6,646,251.00 and she has to put up 15 percent of her gross income to pay it. Before reporting to Prison, Jen got some new tattoos to help keep her supported and grounded while away.
Jen got her husband’s and two sons’ names tattooed on her arm in a straight line. His son, Omar, the youngest, also got a tattoo, “Keiki” the Hawaiian word for child. Jen is Tongan and proudly represents all of Utah and the RHOSLC.

Jen has claimed that her healing journey is what led her to realize that she was guilty and in doing so, confess accordingly. He shared that his mental health has taken a hit in recent years which has led us to where we are now!
Luckily for Jen in prison, maybe she won’t have to serve the full 6.5 years.
