Bravo Star Jen Shah Officially Behind Bars

The 48-year-old is reportedly in processing and will report directly to FPC Bryan in Texas accordingly TMZ. Jen was set to serve 6.5 years after pleading guilty in July to conspiracy to commit wire fraud involving a telemarketing company she ran with several others.

Prosecutors said that Jen targeted and cheated people out of their hard-earned money with the scheme. Some say Jen is lucky the feds want a hard 10 years for a widespread crime but they just feel sorry for her.

Jen was sentenced in January and 6.5 years in prison is just the beginning for the mother of two. Jen has several conditions to follow once she completes her prison time.

Once Jen gets out, she’ll be on five years of supervised release, which could mean an ankle monitor is in her future. The full stipulation states, “You must participate in an outpatient mental health treatment program approved by the United States Probation Office.”

In addition, “You must continue to take any prescribed medication unless directed otherwise by a healthcare provider. You must contribute to the cost of services rendered based on your ability to pay and the availability of third party payment. Courts allow the release of available psychological and psychiatric evaluations and reports, including pre-sentence investigation reports, to health care providers.

The outpatient treatment will also include unannounced drug and alcohol testing.
