Bre Tiesi Supports Keke Palmer’s Views On Single Parenting

Palmer, who welcomed their first child, Leodis, on February 25 with her boyfriend Darius Jackson, posted a video to her page expressing her admiration for people being able to raise their own children. In the clip, the “So Uncool” singer says:

“I’m just here to say, if you’re a single parent, pull your coat. Actually, clip your angel’s wings. Because I don’t know how you do it.”

The “Nope” actress explained that she’s not trying to serve them but that she knows there are “a million and one reasons why someone would want to be a single parent or become a single parent.”

The 29-year-old stated that the situation could be due to a number of things – “Maybe they’ve lost someone, maybe they don’t want to deal with someone, maybe it’s a choice.” He went on to say:

“But when it comes to raising a child, I’ve learned in these few short days that it takes a village. And sometimes that’s a privilege.”

The “Akeelah and the Bee” star later added, “And I just want anyone out there who is a single parent who has done this – My friends, people I don’t know, my family members. I was really in my heart, it brought tears to my eyes, I was really amazed.”

The “Selling Sunset” star later showed her approval of the candid video by writing, “Well done ????,” across the clip. While agreeing, Tiesi previously shared her own views on the topic of single mothers.

The mother of one thinks that the ‘single mother’ tag is something she cannot accept. This is because he has developed a strong co-parenting relationship with Cannon, which is often displayed on social media.

However, some fans labeled her as a single mother, most likely due to her many other children with different mothers. The Blast shared that to silence critics, the social media influencer rejected this label in a video through his Instagram story.

The clip features a conversation on “Nice and Neat The Podcast” between a woman and two men. One of the men asked if she considered herself a single mother, and she said, “No.”

Instead, she refers to herself as a “co-parent,” explaining that her mother raised her as a single mother growing up. She explains that someone shares parental responsibilities with her and is actively involved in her children’s lives. He also insisted that he chose his co-parents on purpose.

The woman admitted this was not the case for her mother, who raised three children on her own without the support or presence of a father. Thus, he believes his mother is a single mother, unlike him. Tiesi seems to fully agree with the post, as he captioned it simply, “this…”

The mother of one shared a TikTok video featuring YouTuber and real estate mogul Ryan Pineda, in which she gave several reasons why she chose that path for her children.

She revealed that being able to travel as a family immediately was one of the main reasons, adding, “I don’t really want the school system telling me when I can and can’t take my kids somewhere.”

Pineda also stated that he does not support what the school teaches and believes they will learn better by being around him at work. The third is that he feels that online teaching will soon explode and become more popular.
