Francia Raisa injured her leg while on duty!

Francia Raisa Remembers The Moments That Led To Her Injuring Her Leg
Exactly one month after Raisa shared how “a lot of things” now make sense following her polycystic ovary syndrome [PCOS] diagnosis, she has told her 1.7 million followers how she landed in the boot. Wearing a nude spaghetti strap bra top, the actress turned on her camera phone in her bedroom and began:
“I know everyone is wondering and asking me why I’m in the boot and what’s going on. The thing is, I asked myself the same question. I don’t really know.”

The 35-year-old revealed his belief in what happened after thinking about it while “sitting here all day and night,” explaining, “I have a dream to be an action comedy star. Action comedy is what I want to do and when I want to pursue something or I want to be really good at something, I’ll get ahead of it, and I start practicing in it.”
That thought process led him to join a stump class, which began earlier this year. Although he seems to pick up on things in time, his last class was a little different as he only had a “vague memory” of doing “some sort of jump kick”.
“I think I remember landing and being like “ouuu!’” Raisa recalled as she made a face to give her fans a clearer view of the moment. Continuing, he said; “It’s like a pinch. And I was like ‘whatever’ and went back to it.”
Before long, the “Grown-ish” star’s right foot really started to hurt, especially when she wore heels. “You know the pressure you get on your baby’s toes when your shoes are too tight and you have to take them off? That’s what I feel every time I put on my heels,’” she shared again.
Raisa noted that she “keeps working out, going to DC, going to see Beyoncé.” He just “kept going” until he “felt it and it started moving next to my leg.”
Despite this, the “How I Met Your Father” screen star did not get tired and even went to a hot yoga session. During yoga, she realized that “something was wrong” and that “whole parts” of her legs were “completely swollen.”
He immediately texted his assistant to schedule a doctor’s appointment for him. The Gracie Allen Award winner’s day at the hospital resulted in her getting an X-ray and her doctor suggesting she get an MRI.

After sharing her desire to get better quickly, or else she needs to “get this MRI” to determine if it’s “maybe a little fracture that we can’t see,” Raisa wraps up:
“Keeping it up, keeping the boots on and not being very active. I hope it’s only been a week or two because I’m going crazy. I have to go to the gym. I am that person. Yes, I am disabled at home. So, good times. That’s what happened. I don’t know what happened. Finish.”
Imagen Award Nominee Is Balancing Therapy With Learning More About PCOS
Regarding her PCOS battle, The Blast reports that the Los Angeles-born actress has announced her diagnosis in a makeup-free video of herself. At the time, he had said:
“Well, I froze my eggs two years ago. Was that two years ago? Yes, and during the test is when I found out. And a lot of things make sense.”
Unfortunately, he doesn’t know how to manage it and instead relies on his girlfriend’s advice to navigate the situation. Although the Teen Choice Award nominee admitted that she “doesn’t necessarily have solutions or answers,” many of her supporters continued to praise her for her openness in the struggle.
Another area that Raisa is open about is her commitment to becoming a better person. She previously opened up about how she used the progress she made in therapy to “create a home” that she enjoyed. Addressing it via Instagram, he asserted in part:
“I don’t understand the concept of making your home your safe space and refuge. To be honest I live in chaos and in leggings. I still love my leggings[,] don’t get me wrong but I enjoy putting myself together every day now and creating a home that I enjoy.”
