Singer Britney Spears shared a message to her two teenage boys on Sunday night in a since-deleted Instagram post.
The “Oops!…I Did It Again” singer was married to former backup dancer Kevin Federline from 2004 to 2007. They share two teenage sons: Jayden James and Sean Preston.
In a recent interview, K-Fed claimed that Britney hasn’t seen her two sons in months because they broke up with her. Britney has since been quite vocal on social media about her relationship with her son, including in a now-deleted post where she admitted that she was “angry” that they seemed to have cut ties with her.

In a since-deleted Instagram post Sunday night, the “Toxic” singer, 40, responded to claims that she was seeking “attention” with her increasingly NSFW Instagram posts (via PEOPLE).
Britney admitted “I’m angry” but added that she “wants to be heard” by her family. So she told her children, “I’m afraid to tell you all, I can’t bear to see you until I feel appreciated.”
The “Gimme More” singer admitted that she felt “desperate” and “sad” about trying to be involved in their lives when they shut it down. He tells his son that he’s “desperate to see you” but eventually concludes that “to be honest, I should appreciate myself more.”

Despite her comments, she later apologized to her children, saying, “All I know is my love for my children is more than anything and I’m sorry if I ever hurt you in any way.” Although she said she “was told you guys blocked me,” she added, “Jayden and Preston, I adore you.”
He also mentioned the punching bag he reportedly gave them as a gift, telling them they were “unbelievable in the gym” and “good at everything you do.” Britney said, “I’m so honored to call you mine,” adding, “I just want you to know.”

In an interview with The Daily Mail, Jayden said that he and his brother Preston, who was not present during the interview, felt conflicted about Britney’s use of social media. Britney is not shy about showing off her body in topless and nude photos, which has caused controversy between family and fans.
However, it’s not just topless photos that are a cause for concern. Apparently, Preston, who turned 17 on Wednesday, had “asked my mom not to post pictures of him, and she did, too. So it didn’t go well.”

During the interview, Jayden said that “social media helped him… So if that’s what he wants to do, that’s what he wants to do. I’m not going to hate him for that.” However, he felt social media might hinder their relationship with him. “At the same time, he should be aware of anything that prevents him from loving his family,” he added.
“It’s almost like he has to post something on Instagram to get attention,” Jayden continued. “This has been going on for years and years and there is a good chance that this will never stop, but I hope for me that he will stop.”

Elsewhere on Sunday night, the “Stronger” singer delivered a harsh message to her father. After telling her parents that she prays they both “burn in hell” for what they did to her during her conservatorship, Britney then followed up her comments with a NSFW snap showing her bottom covered in a red heart emoji.
“You think I’m stupid, you try to be there and feel like that … anyway … anyway … I’m pretty traumatized for life and yeah I’m mad because f— and no I probably won’t act again just because I am stubborn and I will express my opinion…” he wrote.
At the end of her post, she added, “Psss … and daddy that beautiful picture you posted of me in New York City for Pepsi that made me cry looking 80 years old … look at this picture here … kiss my God d– – mother f—ing a– you damn b—— ?.”
