In an August 2022 interview with The Guardian, the “Rocket Man” singer couldn’t contain how “excited” he was to be working with the Princess of Pop. “I’m really excited to be able to do it with [Britney] because if it’s a big hit, and I think it might be, it will give her more confidence than she has and she’ll realize that people actually love her and care about her and want her to be happy,” he said. at that time.

Following the success of the song, the “Criminal” singer shared a topless video in a tab to celebrate the success of the song. He begins the video by speaking in a fake English accent, saying, “Hello Sir Elton John. We’re like #1 in 40 countries.” He then stopped and yelled, “HOLY S—.”
“I’m in the bathtub right now and I’m going to go have the best day and I hope you’re well,” he added as the clip cut off mid-sentence. The video was also deleted shortly after being posted.
