Britney Spears Deletes Instagram Shortly After ‘Mind Your Business’ Release

Looks like singer Britney Spears wants fans to mind their business!

Shortly after releasing his new song, “Mind Your Business” with will.i.am, the 41-year-old pop star deleted his Instagram account. Fans who tried to access the singer’s Instagram page on Saturday night were disappointed to find it had been taken down.

On Saturday evening, the “Hold Me Closer” singer’s Instagram page was no longer available. In its place was a message that read, “Sorry, this page is not available. The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed. Back to Instagram.”

It is unclear why the pop star decided to delete her Instagram page. The night before, she had shared a video featuring her and her husband, Sam Asghari, wearing matching hats. Britney has done little to no promotion of her new song, only reposting will.i.am’s posts to her own Instagram Story.

This is not the first time the singer has taken down his Instagram page. He has done it several times over the past year and fans are never sure when it will come back online. The last time Britney deleted her Instagram account was on June 8, shortly after posting a photo of Brad Pitt.

“We all have family problems but I have a beautiful family!!! My mom and dad were an amazing couple when they were young … like surprisingly attractive!!!” he wrote at the time. “I’m sharing this picture because he looks like my uncle, it’s kinda creepy !!! My father’s two brothers lived with us when I was growing up.”

“When I was 2 years old, a picture similar to this one helped me potty train my little one … my little baby potty was bright yellow but one day when I sat down, there was a crack in the seat and it cut into my little booty !!! All I remember is that he picked me up, we looked in the mirror together and he said ‘don’t cry’!!!” he added.

While the “Toxic” singer has turned off comments on most of her Instagram posts over the past year, she decided to leave them on for this one. “Anyone else think it’s weird that an uncle would train his nephew? And then he would randomly post it decades later? asked a fan. “The fact that the comments for THIS are for this and not any other post lately really shocks me. I don’t know what to make of that,” another follower wrote.
