On Tuesday night, Britney Spears took to Instagram to share a close-up photo of herself in a lacy black bra.

While some fans think the 41-year-old pop star is trying to speak in code, other fans think the strange captions and repeated posts are “proof” of conspiracy theories that Britney is locked up or dead. Although Britney herself has tried to reassure fans that she is “alive and well,” at least one fan claims they have proof that things are not well in Britney’s world.

Just a day ago, TikTok user Cat Valles put together a video showing that Britney may not be who she claims to be. “This is not Britney,” Cat says in the video. “A lot of people have seen that someone… this is not Britney. Someone has used filters to look like him and I’m going to prove it.”
After Britney’s hand went up to her face, when she lowered her hand, her eyes looked different. It could just be a glitch in the make-up filter because it’s only for one frame, as Cat admits, but Cat believes it’s a “blue-eyed person” who uses the filter to look like Britney.
“That is undeniable. This is not Britney. It’s not Britney,” Cat ended the video and many fans agreed. “You can see the nasal filter in his hand too,” claimed one user. “Good catch!!!” another follower wrote. “That’s the shadow of his strange hand,” said another user.
“That’s the strongest proof this isn’t Britney,” another follower commented. “This is scary!!!” shouted another fan. “Of all the evidence, this is the best. Well done,” shared another follower. “This is the most convincing video I’ve ever seen,” another fan agreed.
Not Everyone Believes That Video Is ‘Proof’ of Body Doubles
“I think it’s the filter he puts on himself that’s problematic. It’s not all a big conspiracy,” said one user. “Can I ask you? If it is a filter, why is it only on 1 single frame and not the whole video?” Cat asked. Another user replied, “Makeup is a filter; when it’s in trouble, that’s its natural face.”
They continued, “And you all tripped up saying the eyes are blue. They are very clearly still brown. Filters make eyes darker than natural.” While fans are still hotly debating whether it’s real or not Britney, this isn’t the only video that claims there’s something wrong with the Britney video.
Another user takes a Cat video and slows it down, pausing it at the precise moment when the filter appears to change. “I just wanted to post a screenshot of the AI filter being released so people can see a little longer HOW CRAZY THIS IS,” said a voice and text in the video.
“I believe Britney is either dead or captured. Can’t convince me otherwise,” commented one fan. “Omg this is crazy. I’ve seen the theory but this is 100% AI,” another follower agreed. The creator of the video commented, “There’s a ton of really obvious glitches. Luckily, this is drastic so more people can develop TF. “
Other viewers claimed that the body double was actually none other than her estranged sister, Jamie Lynn Spears. “THAT’S JAMIE!!! You can’t tell me anything else,” commented one user. The video’s creator commented, “Jamie also has hooded eyes, so that’s something I believe is a possibility.”

While some are still not convinced by the censors, others are sure that this is the ultimate “proof” that, despite being released from her controversial conservatorship in November 2021, Britney is still not okay.
