Singer Britney Spears was back on Instagram Saturday night, though it wasn’t to share more of the poolside bikini videos the “Hold Me Closer” singer shared on Friday.
The pop star posted long before the weekend began, sharing photos of the Vatican and even a cryptic quote about “the devil” before she decided to don a bikini and hit the pool. The singer didn’t say much, if anything, in three different posts on Saturday, which followed her viral pool shot.
Britney Spears Trades Her Poolside Bikini For A Long White Dress In 2000s Throwback
Britney’s latest Instagram post shows the pop star standing with her back to a teal wall and her hands cupped in the front of her dress. Her long blonde hair was artfully styled in loose curls around her face as she posed in a white floral dress made with (hopefully) faux fur trim around the sleeves and bottom of the dress.
Britney didn’t write anything in the caption of this post, but she did drop three Cupid’s bow and arrow emojis. He also credits the photographer, Gilles Bensimon, and includes the year, 2000. It’s almost hard to believe that this photo was taken over 20 years ago!
Britney Shares Some ‘Spanish Art’ With Her Followers
Just before she shared the outfit, the “Slumber Party” singer shared an artwork of a woman with her eyes closed. There is a woman in black holding a baby on the left side of the frame, while a yellow dog, possibly a Golden Retriever, looks on.
In the caption of this Instagram post, Britney wrote, “Spanish Art !!!” but did not venture further. He has turned off comments on most of his Instagram posts since the year began and he hasn’t turned them on for any of his latest posts.
At the same time she posted the Spanish artwork, Britney also posted a picture of the eclipse that she credited to @lars_pohlmann. In the caption, Britney dropped three poodle emojis and didn’t explain why she shared this photo with her followers.
Fans of the pop star already know that she has a tendency to share art and videos from other accounts if she likes them, so this is no secret. If anything, fans love that Britney always makes sure to credit others and let her followers know where the work is coming from!
Britney Spears Surprises Followers With Two Poolside Bikini Videos On Friday
On Friday, the “Circus” singer set multiple videos to Ludacris’ hit song “Stand Up” featuring Shawnna. In one video, she wears a red and white string bikini as she moves barefoot in front of the frame, occasionally sticking her tongue out at the camera. She wore sunglasses to protect her eyes from the summer sun and her hair was tied up.
In a quick clip in the video, and in an entirely new Instagram post, the pop star lets her blonde hair down and removes her sunglasses. She also slipped on the pointy black boots she usually wears to dance as she walked away from the camera, her thumbs hooked into the back of her drawstring bikini bottoms as she continued to pull them down.
In the first video, Britney dropped an arrow and Cupid’s arrow emoji in the caption and then followed it up with a pink heart emoji. In the second video, the “Toxic” singer wrote, “Show my moms** next time I see them ????♀️ !!!” Interestingly, this wasn’t the only time he released a peach emoji on Friday night.
He also tagged “WAP” rapper Cardi B in a post that featured three photos showing the inside of the Vatican. In the caption of the Instagram post, Britney wrote, “I want me and @iamcardib to appear in the Vatican … I think our children can take the world to church ?⛪️????!!! Stay classy my friends and don’t forget to be nice ??? !!!”
On Saturday morning, fans noticed that the post showing the Vatican photo was still up, but the caption had been deleted. It’s unclear if Cardi B actually saw the post or not, but it looks like she didn’t respond to it… at least, not on Instagram!
