Britney Spears In Pink Drawstring Returns To Dancing WITHOUT Her Knives

Pop star Britney Spears probably won’t be dancing with knives again for a while.

On Monday, the “Toxic” singer shared a video of her dancing in the living room while clinking knives together. Although she tried to convince her followers that they were fake, she took to Instagram the next day to share a video of herself dancing with bandages on her arms, cuts on her legs and bruises on her lower back.

The concern prompted local law enforcement officials to conduct a welfare check on the “Overprotected” singer on Wednesday night; however, on Saturday night, Britney called it a “joke” and stated that she had an apology for the incident.

Britney Spears Keeps Her Pink Thongs But Ditches The Knife In New Dance Video

On Saturday night, the “Gimme More” singer shared a video of her dancing barefoot around the tiled floor of her living room. She was still wearing the pink belted pants, letting the side ties swirl around her body as she spun in a circle. Instead of her white top with puffy sleeves, Britney wore a slimmer white top as she moved her body to Indila’s “Love Story.”

In the caption of this Instagram post, Britney wrote, “End of song … when people are really traumatized, it’s hard to stay present. I think it’s beautiful how he repeats you’re still here ??!!!” Comments on this Instagram post, like most of his recent Instagram posts, have been disabled.

Britney Shares Insightful Quotes With Her Followers

About an hour before she posted her dance video, the “Hold Me Closer” singer shared a quote attributed to 34-year-old artist, poet, activist and author Cleo Wade. “Life will change you or you can be changed by life,” the quote begins.

“We are on the move. Everything we know is always moving,” it continued. “We can fight this energy or we can dance with it. The choice is entirely up to you.” Britney disabled comments on this Instagram post and didn’t write anything in the caption.

Britney Spears Appears to Slam Police Over Welfare Check: ‘It’s About Power For Police’

The first Instagram post on Saturday night was of a ballerina standing on two knives standing upright on the floor of a concert hall. It’s easy to see why this photo speaks to Britney based on everything that’s going on. “Is the joke in the news again with welfare checks??? Come on America … we’re better than that, aren’t we???” she wrote in the caption.

“Officers came to my house and said they wouldn’t leave until they talked to me when people did a 4-minute show with them. I got an apology. I have been bullied in my house for so long…ENOUGH!” he continued. “Don’t talk about that, come on, let’s DO IT!!! Since my mom does the silent treatment when the paps ask questions about her own daughter as if I’m wrong…nope, that’s the old game. People need to be responsible for their actions! This is about power for the police.”

This is not the first time police have conducted a welfare check on the pop star. In January 2023, local law enforcement officers showed up at her home after she deactivated her Instagram account and concerned fans called the police to check and make sure she was okay.

In a brief Twitter post that has since been deleted, the “Sometimes” singer said that her privacy was invaded during her last welfare check.

“As everyone knows the police were called to my house based on some prank phone calls. I love and adore my fans but this time things went too far and my privacy was invaded,” Britney wrote. “The police never entered my house and when they came to my gate, they immediately realized there was no problem and immediately left.”

“It feels like I was bullied and bullied as soon as the incident hit the news and was once again portrayed in a bad and unfair light by the media,” he continued. “Throughout my life, I really hope that the public and my fans that I love so much can respect my privacy moving forward.”

She ended her post by writing, “All the love, B.”
