Pop star Britney Spears is back at the top of the list for the first time since her divorce from actor Sam Asghari became public.
The 41-year-old Pop princess first took to Instagram to show off her pole dancing skills the weekend before the “Special Ops: Lioness” actress filed for divorce on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. However, according to court documents obtained by The Blast, the 29-year-old actor has listed July 28, 2023, as the breakup date, meaning the two were separated by the time he got his pole… or at least decided to post it.
On Tuesday evening, she decided to show off some dance moves ahead of the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards… though she couldn’t resist posting about that, too!
Britney Spears Pole Dances In A Little Two Piece… and Uggs!
On Tuesday evening, the “Hold Me Closer” singer returned to Instagram to share a video of her dancing in a red sports bra, black panties and pointy white boots. Her long blonde hair was tied back in a ponytail as she twisted and turned her pink pole, revealing her toned stomach and toned figure.
Later in the video, she swaps out her white boots and wears a pair of Uggs instead. In the caption of this Instagram video, set to her hit song “The Hook Up,” Britney wrote, “It’s the Uggs … sorry ??♀️ !!!”
Three days ago, the “Mind Your Business” singer said that she started a water fast, but it’s unclear if she’s still fasting or if she’s eaten something since the weekend!
She later posted another video of her pole dancing in the same outfit, set to The Black Eyed Peas’ song “Electric City.”
He put a snake emoji in the caption but didn’t write anything else. Believe it or not, this isn’t the only time he’s shared a video set to “Electric City” today.

In another Instagram post shared on Tuesday afternoon, the pop star modeled some new outfits for the camera. One outfit is a purple leotard with butterfly sleeves. She covered it up in a white trench coat before she changed into a colorful bodysuit with long sleeves.
The last outfit she wore was a red dress, leaving her pointy white boots for her brown heels. He set the music to The Black Eyed Peas’ hit song “Electric City.” In the caption, Britney wrote, “Electric⚡️City” but did not comment on her new wardrobe.
Britney Set To Discuss The VMAs In Her Upcoming Memoir
She then followed it up with a photo of her performing at the VMAs in a bejeweled dress. She credited the photo to Scott Gries and revealed that she plans to talk a lot about her VMA performance in her upcoming memoir, “The Woman In Me,” which hits bookshelves this October.
In the caption of this Instagram post, Britney wrote, “One of my favorite award shows is the VMAs !!! I had so many great times on that stage and I’ve even been called the ‘Queen of @mtv’ ??? … I can’t wait to share more VMAs and other award show memories in #TheWomanInMe on October 24th !! !”
Fans Are Eager To Hear More About His Viral Performance ‘I’m A Slave 4 U’!
Last week, the “Toxic” singer took to Instagram to share a clip of her 2001 MTV Video Music Awards performance of “I’m A Slave 4 U,” which featured her dancing on stage with a giant snake. Fans will be able to hear more about his experiences with snakes in his memoir as well.

On Tuesday night, fans watching the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards will be able to see a remastered version of Britney’s iconic 2003 Pepsi commercial “Joy Of Cola” to celebrate the brand’s 125th anniversary!
“It’s exciting to see Pepsi celebrate our ‘Joy Of Cola’ spot as part of its 125th anniversary celebration,” he said in a statement to People magazine. “This is a stylish venue for the iconic music video we shot 20 years ago, and [it] still resonates with fans.” He also said that he’s “excited to watch the spot air again during the VMAs next week!”
In addition to Britney’s “Joy of Cola” Pepsi ad, Madonna’s “Like A Prayer” ad from 1989 and Tina Turner’s “We Got The Taste” ad from 1986 will also air, along with several other ads. Fans can watch the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards on Tuesday, September 12, starting at 8pm ET.
