In her memoir, “The Woman In Me,” a source told Us Weekly that Britney, 41, explained why she doesn’t want to see her family anymore. He said he found “peace” when he realized he “never wanted to see” his father Jamie Spears, 71, his mother Lynne Spears, 68, his brother Bryan Spears, 46, or his sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, 32.

According to the book, the realization came when Britteny went home to visit her parents during the COVID-19 pandemic shutdown because, she says, they stopped answering her phone calls. During the visit, Britney stated that her collection of beloved Madame Alexander dolls, which she received as a child, had been “thrown away.”

Britney had kept some items at Lynne’s house when she was admitted to a mental health facility; however, it appears that Lynne has disposed of some of her belongings, including several years of “worth [her] writing” and “binding” the poems he wrote throughout his life. The “Toxic” singer realized that his family had “thrown me away” through his belongings and decided it was “time to find God” and cut ties with his family forever.
