Singer Britney Spears claims that her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake broke up with her via text message.
The 41-year-old pop star dated the 42-year-old NSYNC frontman from 1999 to 2002. While there was much speculation about the end of their relationship, the “Gimme More” singer reportedly revealed in her memoir “The Woman In Me” that Justin ended their three-year relationship through text message.

Fans can hardly believe that all the drama between Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake ended with one text message. In an excerpt from “The Woman In Me” released Thursday morning by the New York Times, Britney was so “devastated” by the end of the relationship that she considered quitting the music industry entirely.
“I was in a coma in Louisiana and she was happily running around Hollywood,” she wrote in her memoir, calling out the media for portraying her as a “whore who broke the hearts of America’s golden boy” after she implied that her “Crying” Me A River” music video was about their relationship.

Earlier on Thursday, sources told The Sun that the “Womanizer” singer admitted to cheating on “The Social Network” actress in her memoir. Sources say the Pop Princess explained how she made out with dancer Wade Robson after a night out in a Spanish bar even though she was dating Justin at the time. Sources say that he only did it because he cheated on her first.
“We went out one night and we went to a Spanish bar. We danced and danced. I made out with him that night,” she reportedly wrote in her memoir, adding that she had been faithful to Justin” with one exception. He claimed that he told the boy about the violation at the time it happened and they were able to get past it.

Although Britney admitted to cheating on her once, a source told Us Weekly that the pop star claimed Justin cheated on her “several times” during their three-year relationship. In the memoir, she says that one of her dancers told her about a private conversation she had with Justin when they were still together. The girl claimed that Justin had bragged about a girl he was linked to in Las Vegas, saying that he “hit on her last night.”
There were also allegations that Justin cheated on Britney with Nicole Appleton in 2000. According to Britney’s memoirs, Justin was photographed with “one of the girls from All Saints” in London in 2000, when they were caught by the paparazzi sneaking back to the Hotel St. Martins Lane where he was staying at the time.
The British girl group consisted of Natalie Appleton, Nicole Appleton, Melanie Blatt, and Shaznay Lewis before they disbanded in 2001.

One of the most shocking revelations to come out of Britney’s memoir so far is the claim that she got pregnant while the two were together. In an excerpt from “The Woman In Me,” released by People magazine on Tuesday, the “Toxic” singer opened up about how Justin “wasn’t happy with the pregnancy” and she made the “painful” decision to end it.
“It’s a shock, but for me, it’s not a tragedy. I love Justin so much. I always hope we have a family together one day. This will be sooner than I expected,” he wrote in his memoirs. “But Justin is definitely not happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were too young.”
“I don’t know if that was the right decision. If it was left up to me, I wouldn’t do it. But Justin was so adamant that he didn’t want to be a father,” she continued, adding, “To this day, it’s one of the most painful things I’ve ever experienced in my life.”
Britney’s memoir, “The Woman In Me,” is scheduled to be released on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.
