On Tuesday, September 12, fans of the “Sweet Magnolias” cast were delighted to learn that Jamie Lynn Spears will be joining the celebrity cast of “Dancing With The Stars” for its 32nd season. The show will return to ABC after two years as a Disney+ exclusive, but will also be available to watch on the streaming platform.
So far, the only two other celebrity contestants that have been announced are “Vanderpump Rules” star Ariana Madix and Charity Lawson from “The Bachelorette.” The rest of the celebrity cast, and their professional dance partners, will be announced on Wednesday, September 13, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Although the show was initially set to air on Monday nights, the network has moved the time slot to Tuesday nights. On September 26, the show will open with a two-and-a-half-hour premiere, followed by a 30-minute episode of “Celebrity Family Feud” with a “Dancing With The Stars” theme. It will then enter its regular two-hour time slot the following week.
