Brooke Burke won instant approval from fans when she rocked a skimpy thong bikini while telling Instagram she’d be “going back to school” in August. Looking happy at 52, the former TV star and exercise guru reminded fans why fitness is now her livelihood, with the post also promoting her Brooke Burke Body brand.

Showing off her toned figure in a swimsuit while basking in the sun, Brooke showed off her tiny muscles alongside her curves, and fans have left her with over 7,000 likes. Enjoying the sun-drenched patio space and even posing with cocktails, Brooke makes it summer fun, but there’s work to be done!

Stunning In Bikini At 52

All smiles as she posed against chic rattan furniture and plump cushions, Brooke showed off her chiseled stomach and toned legs while offering flashes of cleavage as she modeled a skimpy two-piece.

Opting for a white halter bathing suit, Brooke styled her bikini top with red and blue stripes, although her bottoms only came with blue. A classic cut with a low-rise bottom, the Wild On! the alum draws attention with her trim waistline, also showing off her tanned skin.

The Secret Behind His Body

Brooke loves both cardio and resistance training, as well as the movements that channel Pilates exercises.

Empty Stomach, But Not All Day

“I will wake up and drink coffee or black tea. Sometimes I make bulletproof coffee, where I’ll put butter and heavy cream, which I think is really good. We need fat, it’s all the things we’ve been trained not to do that actually feed our brains and our skin, our hair. I do eat a lot of fat but I’m pretty conscious of what I eat, I don’t eat processed food at all,” said Brooke. Hollywood Life, adding that he would start with a post-workout shake.
