“The challenge is evergreen. Every summer I like to create something new that inspires to keep everyone motivated, but what I really like about this is the 21 days, three weeks to develop a new habit that I think will be an evergreen lifestyle. And it will be a great opportunity to up your health game throughout the year,” he told The Blast exclusively.

“We added a lot of new things that we have never done before. Brooke Burke Body used to be really about fitness and then we moved to Brooke Burke Body and Soul, it was a more careful approach. Now what I do and focus on is intentional wellness. We just added meditation to the app, very excited about it.”

This program not only focuses on physical fitness, but also other components of overall health with 21-day recipes, daily worksheets to celebrate your progress and steps towards gratitude and meditation.

Burke says he tries to create at least four new programs a year, but this one is his favorite so far because it has all the “components to retrain the brain, help you restructure, help you change your internal dialogue.”

“The reason why we like this one so much is because it takes 21 days for that thing to last and it’s full of opportunities,” he said.

“We are doing a detox on Monday which is aimed at mind, body and spirit. We are doing a little mini tech break one day a week, very important to allow your brain to reboot and recharge. We have crunchy, healthy, delicious recipes, all designed by my Italian girlfriend who is an amazing chef. So, there are many ways to immerse yourself in new programs that are sustainable throughout the year, not just a quick fix for the summer.”

The program also includes weekly Zoom meetings so everyone can connect as a community and talk about any challenges they face, as well as to celebrate their victories.

Burke also revealed that her challenge also offers a free downloadable PDF with access to 55 pages of skin fitness, summer essentials, daily worksheets, tips and tricks and lots of inspirational information, to take her beyond exercise to physical fitness.

For many of us, it can be difficult to keep our workouts on track when life gets busy, but Burke has some tips that can help keep you on track. Fitness is more than just a “bikini body” for her. He said it was about “being intentional about health”.

“I like to do my workouts in the morning, the morning peak is when we are scientifically, we have the most energy. But also, I was able to get it done and not compromise my health goals, so I scheduled my workouts,” he explained to The Blast.

“I like a challenge because you make a commitment and then you honor that commitment, you protect those boundaries and get it done.”

Burke said fitness requires community, so she likes to work out with friends.

“It really helps keep you motivated and keeps you accountable,” she says. “I think we show up for friends sometimes more than we show up for ourselves.”

New Live Show Is In Brooke Burke’s Future!

Burke is set to embark on a new adventure starting in August that includes two things he loves – magic and live shows.

“I love magic. I think magic is very sexy, sensual and a lot of fun,” she told The Blast.

“This show with Penn and Teller has been going on for 10 years and they’re going through a change of hosts, so I’m lucky to have this show. It’s a live show in Vegas, so I’m moving to Vegas in August and I’m doing a live show.”

Instead of live shows, there will be 20 new episodes of “Penn & Teller: Fool Us” for the CW. And for Burke, being back in front of a live audience is something he’s looking forward to.

“It’s been a while since I’ve been back in front of a live audience and that’s the kind of show I like to do,” he said. “One of my daughters actually moved to Vegas with me. He will work with me behind the scenes so I can bring some family love with me.”
