Bruce Willis Spends Daughter Tallulah’s 30th Birthday With Ex Demi Moore Amid Dementia Battle

It was an emotional day for Bruce Willis and Demi Moore as they reunited for their daughter Tallulah’s 30th birthday. Tallulah is one of three daughters Moore and Willis share from their former marriage.

The former couple have remained friendly since their divorce, and Moore has supported the “Die Hard” star as she continues to battle dementia.

Demi Moore Shares Highlights From Tallulah Celebration With Bruce Willis

For Tallulah’s 30th birthday, it was a moment for Willis and Moore’s parents to reunite to celebrate the actress’ milestone.

Highlights from the event were seen on Moore’s Instagram page, showing how much fun the blended family had on the day.

In one shot, Moore and Willis can be seen huddled around the birthday girl, who is wearing a casual outfit that includes red sweatpants and a navy blue sweatshirt with yellow stripes down the sleeves. He also holds a ball in his hand, as if to indicate that sporting activities are part of the day’s festivities.

Meanwhile, Willis and Moore also chose casual clothes for the photo. Moore wore blue jeans and a loose black cardigan, while Willis kept warm in a scarf, zip-up jacket and sweatpants.

In another photo taken later in the evening at the party, Moore, Tallulah, Scout, and her partner Justin Acee are seen sharing a more intimate moment.

As well as being a special moment for Tallulah, the birthday celebration was the perfect moment for Moore to spend time with her ex-husband Willis, who has been battling dementia.

In March 2022, the Willis family revealed that the actor was dealing with aphasia and had “retired” from acting.

Then, in February of the following year, they announced a heartbreaking diagnosis of Frontotemporal dementia—a progressive disease that leads to speech and language problems, blunted emotions, and changes in social behavior.

The actor’s condition worsened over time, with reports claiming that he was no longer “fully verbal” and had lost “language skills.” He has also made fewer public appearances as he continues to manage his condition.

Since Willis’ dementia diagnosis, his family members have supported him, including Moore.

Speaking on Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM Radio Andy show, Moore shared how she learned to deal with Willi’s condition while giving words to “people out there who have family members with dementia” and “maybe taking care of them or in their lives.”

“I think the most important thing I can share is meeting them where they are,” Moore said on the show, according to Mirror.

He added, “When you let go of who they are or who you think they are [should be]or whoever you want them to be, then you can truly stay in the present and embrace the joy and love that is and is for all that they are, not all that they are not.”

Moore also made similar comments during his recent appearance on “Good Morning America,” where he gave an update on Willis’ health and promoted his new show, “Feud: Capote vs. The Swans.”

Speaking on the show, he said of the “Die Hard” star’s condition, “I think, given that, he’s doing really well.”

He later stated how he advised their three daughters, Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah, to enjoy the time they spent with their father rather than be upset by his poor condition.

“What I’m going to say is what I tell my kids, that it’s important to meet them where they’re at and not hold on to what’s not,” she told the daytime show host, adding, “because there are great. beauty and sweetness and love and joy from it.”

Moore and Willis married in 1987 but separated shortly after in 1998. Their divorce was later finalized in 2000. Since their separation, they have remained close and supportive of each other while raising their daughter.
