Singer and actress, Camila Cabello, recently revealed why she stopped using a dating app hours after starting. The “Bam Bam” singer was previously linked to Shawn Mendes for nearly three years; however, the two split late last year.
Since breaking up with the star, Cabello has been seen with Austin Kevitch, the creator of dating app Lox Club better known as “Yahudi Raya.” They were spotted two months ago having breakfast together in casual clothes with lots of PDA on both ends.
Although she was spotted with the creator of the dating app, Cabello recently revealed that she’s not the biggest fan of dating apps. He expressed concern about the possibility of someone “using” him from the platform.

Cabello only revealed that her first attempt at a dating app didn’t leave her with the desire to continue. The artist recently joined “The Drew Barrymore Show” and shared some of her experiences on dating apps recently. According to Cabello, while she’s sure not everyone has an ulterior motive, she doesn’t want to be “used”.
“I use dating apps for 24 hours; then I left,” he said per E! News. “The first guy that DMed me was like an aspiring singer-songwriter from Nashville, and I guess, I felt weird that someone could use me. You don’t know their intentions.”
Cabello continues to identify the preferred ways she likes to build connections. She continued, “When you’re just trying to make friends, you’ll meet guys that your friends have reviewed, which is amazing.”

In August of this year, Cabello was spotted with Lox Club founder Kevitch showing some public affection. The pair are seen chatting while enjoying a stroll in couple photos shared by Daily Mail.
There is also a picture showing them eating together at a picnic table and then pecking at each other. Cabello can’t seem to completely let go of his hands and, at one point, is seen caressing Kevitch’s cheek. The artist wore a blue floral dress and a pair of sandals, while her boyfriend was dressed in a white T-shirt and shorts.
An eyewitness was also at the scene, and according to the report given to E! News, they looked “happy” together and seemed to be having a great day. The source said, “They are very sweet together and seem happy. They kiss. When they left, they held hands and walked together. They had a good day.”

Before the end of August, Cabello and Kevitch were spotted together in Los Angeles on a date. Photos of the couple show the artist looking overwhelmed and laughing as she looks up at the dating app CEO.
Both dressed casually for the outing, with Kevitch in a black shirt and khaki pants while Cabello wore a white off-shoulder top with ripped jeans. There was no visible PDA at the time, so it could be said that the romance between the two was relatively new.
Cabello’s romance comes less than a year after breaking up with her longtime boyfriend, Mendes. The two were initially linked as a couple in 2019 and then led a PDA-filled romance for nearly three years. They finally ended their relationship late last year.

There, they revealed that despite ending the romantic part of their relationship, they will continue to be “best friends” with each other.
