28-year-old Camila Mendes is preparing to say goodbye to her role as Veronica Lodge as the CW’s “Riverdale” comes to an end.
The young actress has shared a photo of herself on set during the show last season, and her latest photo shows major Veronica Lodge vibes.

The 28-year-old actress shared photos from her photoshoot, taken by close friend and fellow “Riverdale” actress Lili Reinhart. Mendes was seen posing on her bed in a plaid scarf and matching poodle skirt while holding a champagne glass filled with a mimosa.
“Mimosa?” she captioned the post, which garnered hundreds of comments from her followers.
“Can I join in for a mimosa, miss lodge??,” one fan asked while another commented, “I’ll pass on the mimosa, but EYE will take a new photoshoot, some new project announcements and upgraded music/trailers . Thank you ?.”
Although one fan mentioned, “Ok, but 50’s Veronica >>>.”

After seven seasons, “Riverdale” is coming to an end, and Camila Mendes is ready to say goodbye to Veronica Lodge.
“Everybody’s always like, yeah, ‘Free the cast of Riverdale’ or whatever, but I think in the end, we’re all going to be sad when it ends,” Camila Mendes said of the end of the beloved show.
“Any artist looks for a new challenge, and there comes a time when it stops being challenging. I think everyone is just ready for the next chapter. It’s like we tackled the show in a different way,” Mendes continued.

Although they are “over” the show, Mendes said he will remain close friends with his co-stars, Lili Reinhart and Madelaine Petsch.
“They’re like my brothers and sisters — we’ve all seen parts of each other that no one else has,” she said of her friendship with Reinhart and Petsch. “It’s like family — you don’t choose them. Maybe they weren’t people I would be friends with if I met them once at a party, but this experience bonded us. I fight with every one of these girls. We have had dramas, disagreements, crying, making things up. We’ve been through a lot together and leant on each other in those moments.”
The three have shared TikTok accounts, sharing behind-the-scenes fun and other TikTok trends, which Mendes says will remain active even after the show ends.
