Candace Owens is taking her shot at Kim Kardashian too far!
The conservative political commentator needs little introduction as he is known for being shrouded in controversy. From his pro-Trump activism to his criticism of movements like Black Lives Matter, the 33-year-old has often received backlash for his unconventional opinions.
Besides sticking his nose in politics, the Stamford native often goes after celebrities when their actions don’t meet his standards. His latest target is the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star, who he recently blasted for using people with disabilities in his ads.
Candace Owens Slams SKIMS Inclusion Ad With Wheelchair Model

In a recent episode of the “Blackout” author’s eponymous podcast, the mother of two attacked shapewear brand SKIMS. Snippets from the show are shared together on Twitter, pointing out the creator of the Blexit Foundation went on a “weird rant.”
After coming across an ad for the clothing company’s adaptive collection featuring a disabled model rocking a nude bralette and matching panties while sitting in a wheelchair, political commentators lost it.
The campaign marks the inclusiveness of SKIMS for everyone in the fashion business. However, Owens strongly disliked the idea. “I don’t really understand how far we will take this inclusive thing. I really don’t understand, and I don’t know if I’m wrong anymore; educate me,” the activist began his speech.
The 33-year-old stated that she wanted to be educated in the comments if people in wheelchairs were thinking, “’You know what really hurts me? I’ve never really seen a bra and panty advertise with a girl in a wheelchair.’”
“Why are they doing this? I don’t know, and I don’t know why this has to be done, but I’m just tired of this all-encompassing thing; it looks ridiculous,” the Stamford native claimed before switching to a mocking voice.
The mother of two wonders if this inclusivity campaign continues to grow, will people with crutches refuse to buy underwear because they are not included? “How come we don’t have a girl with a broken leg on crutches also in a bra and panties? I don’t think it’s included,” Owens sneered.
Dropping a condescending tone, the pro-Trump advocate declared he was not against people in wheelchairs because he thought they bought underwear like everyone else. However, conservative commentators believe that aspects of their lives should not be represented.
While it’s unlikely that political commentators share an odd opinion, Owens’ attitude toward the SKIMS inclusivity ad may be due to his issue with Kardashian. Coincidentally, the media personality blasted the “KUWTK” star in 2022 for being a “whore” and described her mother as a “pimp.”

On her talk show, the host talked about the beauty mogul’s famous sex tape with her ex-boyfriend Ray J. In the words of the 33-year-old, “A mother sat down and decided to sell her daughter’s body for fame and money, and she succeeded .”
The activist claimed the Californian became a millionaire selling sex, describing her career as “disgusting,” among other insults. Adding fuel to the fire, Owens was spotted with Kanye “Ye” West wearing a “White Lives Matter” t-shirt during Paris Fashion Week, which reportedly angered Kardashian.
Wheelchair Model Pats Back On Candace Owens Following Her SKIMS Video
Following Owens’ words, the disability community and other fans showed zero tolerance for his criticism of SKIMS’s inclusion ad. The model in the photo, Haleigh Rosa, called out the entertainer in a powerful video on Instagram.
The disability advocate applauded the 33-year-old for making a “stupid” video about a sensitive subject. Unlike political commentators, the model chose a polite way to drop her bombshell.
“Hi, I’m the girl in the pictures, and Candace, I don’t know what your intentions were when you decided to make that stupid video, but you have no idea how resilient and amazing the disability community is,” the media personality began.
The founder of FOR EVERYONE continued, “We are not only in the adaptation campaign. Believe it or not, we are everywhere. And I’m very proud that I’m in that SKIMS campaign posing in a wheelchair, bra and underwear because that means I’ve come this far in eight years, so if you don’t like it, use your legs and walk.”
In the comments, fans praised Rosa for her bravery while slamming Owens for being a hater. Fans echoed similar sentiments on Twitter with actress Nancy Lee Grahn writing, “Every time you doubt your self-worth, just watch this video and be glad you’re not Candace Owens.”
Artist Lisa May stated that she didn’t understand Stamford’s perspective because the ad was good, while author Art Tavana wrote, “He’s just cashing in on ignorance. Do not amplify his signal. ignore him. No one will care if no one cares.”
