Cardi B Starts Process Of Seizing Blogger’s Assets

Cardi B isn’t playing with YouTuber Tasha K, who has some money to pay for it. As you know, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper battled Tasha in court in a 3-year defamation battle.

The blogger made several damning allegations against Cardi on her channel, including accusing her of prostitution, prompting the artist to sue her in January.

The case ended in Cardi’s favor, and Tasha was ordered to pay a large amount of damages. However, more than nine months after the verdict was handed down, the YouTuber still hasn’t paid, and the rapper is taking some drastic measures to get his money back.

He claims that Judge Ray overlooked evidence about Cardi’s “character” and, in the process, swayed the jury. An excerpt of the legal document reads, “The jury heard a very biased presentation of evidence and, as they could not determine who the plaintiff really was, the jury returned a general verdict for the Plaintiff, against both Defendants.”

Tasha’s lawyer also claimed that the “WAP” rapper’s lawyer failed to prove that he acted with “malicious intent” through the content posted on his channel.
