A traveling carnival worker stabbed a man with a box cutter at Santa’s Enchanted Forest holiday theme park in Florida early Tuesday morning, police said.
Nicholas Joe Moore, 32, of Mississippi, allegedly approached a man “in an aggressive manner” while he was waiting in line for food in the Medley Park food court area around 12:30 a.m. and “forcefully” pushed his forearm into his neck victim, according to a police report obtained by WPLG.
The victim pushed Moore and a fight ensued.
As the two wrestled to the ground, Moore pulled out a box cutter and allegedly stabbed the man repeatedly as he screamed for help, prompting several bystanders to intervene.
As the pair wrestled on the ground, Moore later told police that “a black male brandished a gold firearm,” and “both parties disengaged,” the report said.
