Casey Wilson and her husband David Caspe just welcomed their third child, a girl. Francis Rose was the couple’s given name. She later uploaded a photo of the baby on Instagram with the statement,

Wilson also expressed her support for surrogacy, saying Rose was more than she expected. He then said that after Rose completed the sacred circle of mother and daughter he had always hoped for, and he hoped that his grandmother would be able to see Francis.
