After being married for over 21 years, the couple was born on September 25, even though the actor was born in 1944 while the “Chicago” actor was born in 1969.

In the first frame, Zeta-Jones looks dapper in a black and white spotted dress, matching the look with smokey eye makeup, while the “Traffic” actor wears a navy blue suit over a white shirt paired with a gray tie.
Captioning the picture, she wrote, “Our birthday!! After 24 years of celebrating our special day together, I still look forward to it [laughing emoji and face throwing a kiss emoji] I love you!!! voter style!!!!!!!
Also acknowledging his wife’s special day, “The Wall Street” actor posted a throwback photo on Instagram, showing the couple hugging each other near the Taj Mahal wearing white dresses. “Happy Birthday Catherine! I love you always & forever [heart emoji] @catherinezetajones”, he wrote.

Going back to their humble beginnings, the long-time lovers met at the Deauville Film Festival in France in August 1998 following an introduction made by a mutual friend.
According to reports, the “Basic Instinct” actor recalled during an appearance on “The Jonathan Ross” Show in 2016, where he told the actor, “You know I’m going to be the father of your children” 30 minutes after meeting him.
This pickup line doesn’t sit well with the actor, as he tells it. In making amends, he sends her flowers and an apology, which finally seems to work. In November 1998, Douglas confirmed that he and Zeta-Jones were expecting their first child.
The following year, the “Last Vegas” actor proposed to the “The Rebound” actor at his home in Aspen on New Year’s Eve. The stars then went on to welcome their first child, Dylan, in August 2000 and then tied the knot in November of the same year.
