Cezanne Khan was born on Wednesday, December 28, 1977 (age 45 years; in 2022) in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. His zodiac sign is Capricorn. He attended Barnes School & Junior College, Deolali, Mumbai for primary and secondary education. Then he enrolled himself in MMK College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai to obtain a bachelor’s degree in commerce. During her college days, she dabbled in modeling and theater. After Cezanne completed his B.Com, he was supposed to join NMIMS (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies) for MBA when he was offered films. Cezanne Khan was rumored to be dating Naushin Rehman aka Nashu, a Pakistani Pilot, who got engaged in 2011 but later broke off the engagement due to a long distance relationship.
He fell in love with her after she cooked him a delicious biryani, after which the actor couldn’t resist proposing to her for a lifetime deal. Kasautii Zindagi Kay recalls how a common friend of theirs introduced him to her. He said,
The man who introduced us all praised his cooking skills. Now, I have traveled all over the world and have tasted various cuisines, so I had no expectations. But he stumped a foodie like me with his biryani. After dinner, I proposed to her and told her I loved her and wanted to eat the food she made all my life (laughs!).”

In an interview, Cezanne Khan opened up about his relationship with his long-time girlfriend, Afsheen, and said,
I don’t want to rush into marriage. I am looking for someone simple, family oriented and honest. I am also looking for someone who has good values and who will respect our relationship. And then I met Afsheen.
Talking about her wedding plans, she said,
We have been together for three years now and are happy. If it wasn’t for the epidemic, we would be married by now. We plan to tie the knot later this year. However, I think there is no perfect age to get married.”
Although, Cezanne and Shweta Tiwari were the popular on-screen couple of ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’, but according to reports they had an ongoing cold war and never got along with each other during the run of the series. When, during a media interaction, he was asked about whether he would be willing to work with Shweta Tiwari, his co-star in ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ as there were rumors about the pair not getting along. He said,
If the offer is attractive, I don’t mind working with shweta tiwari again. A lot depends on the plan.”
Career
Cezanne Khan made her debut in 1998 with Zee TV’s drama serial ‘Hasratein.’ It is directed by Ajai Sinha and features Seema Kapoor, Shefali Chaya, Harsh Chhaya, and Dharmesh Vyas in lead roles. Cezanne played the role of Yogesh in the serial drama. In 1999, he was part of Neena Gupta’s television drama series ‘Pal Chhin.’ He portrayed the character of Rajesh opposite Manohar Singh, Gurpreet Singh, Arun Govil, Prabha Sinha, and Shilpa Tulaskar. Cezanne Khan got her career breakthrough in 2001 with the StarPlus family drama series ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay.’ He got the chance to play the lead role of Anurag Basu opposite Shweta Tiwari who played his love interest Prerna Sharma Basu. The drama serial got huge appreciation from the audience and Khan became a household name in a very short span of time. This drama serial produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilm has become the longest running StarPlus television show. Kasautii Zindagii Kay had more than fifty soundtracks during its run from 2001 to 2008. Cezanne’s performance in the show received great critical acclaim and he was also awarded with several awards including the Indian Television Academy Award for Best Popular Actor and the Indian Television Award for Best TV Personality-Male.
In 2002, The Kasautii Zindagii Kay also featured in Sony Entertainment Television’s anthology thriller television show ‘Kya Hadsaa Kya Haqeeqat’ as Kunwar Sujit Singh. He along with Hiten Tejwani, Smriti Irani, Gauri Pradhan, Rajeev Khandelwal, Ashlesha Sawant, Sumeet Sachdev, Shweta Tiwari, and Narayani Shastri are part of a special drama series titled ‘Kab Kyon Kahan.’ Later in 2006, he took the opportunity to work in the Pakistani television industry and marked his debut with ARY Digital ‘Piya Kay Ghar Jana Hai.’ The drama is also telecast in India on StarPlus. Following that, she became a part of several Pakistani and middle eastern dramas and almost disappeared from the television scene in India. Denying that fact, he explained,
Actually I am doing shows for middle eastern countries and all my shooting is happening in Dubai. This show has kept me busy for the past four to five years. I fly to Dubai for a shoot every three weeks or so and sometimes the shoot goes on for six months non-stop.”
He made a comeback on Indian television with the drama serial ‘Seeta Aur Geeta’ directed by Maqbool Khan which aired on NDTV Imagine from 25 May 2009 to 25 September 2009. Cezanne played a character named Ravi in this 260 episode serial.
The famous Kasautii Zindagii Kay actor received recognition as an actor in Pakistan with Gumrah, a Pakistani romantic drama serial. He got to share the screen with actors like Faisal Rehman, Sabreen Hisbani, Komal Aziz Khan and Hammad Farooqui. In an interview, when asked about his decision to work in the Pakistani television industry as well, he said,
Log jaante jaan ne lagte hain aapke kaam ko jab woh sab aapke show dekhte hain. Fortunately, the first offer came to me during the peace initiative taking place between India and Pakistan. I never thought twice before I gave the nod to this offer. I’m excited about the role from the country I have to work in.”

Controversy
On June 7, 2023, Aisha Pirani, believed to be his partner, filed a First Information Report (FIR) against him, leveling allegations of domestic violence, infidelity, and extortion. In the FIR, Pirani claimed,
