Born in Madhya Pradesh, Chahat studied till class five in his village Chandi Chopra. Studied High School from Adarsh School (Jabalpur Naka) and 12th Standard from JPB School. His mother’s name is Bhavna Pandey, his father’s name is Mani Pandey. Chahat’s father died when he was a child. He also received acting training from the Balaji Group in Indore.
Chahat started her acting career in 2016 with the TV series Pavitra Bandhan. In 2017, she played the role of ‘Anjali’ in the TV series ‘Hoshiar’. In 2020, she was also seen as ‘Durga Aneja’ in the TV series ‘Durga – Mata Ki Chhaya’.
