Dijon Isaiah McFarlane, professionally known as DJ Mustard, and his ex-wife Chanel Dijon have not been on the best of terms since their divorce last year.
The estranged couple have been together since the music star was 19, and they got engaged in 2018 before tying the knot in October 2020.
Unfortunately, they canceled it in May 2022, but Mustard seems to have moved on quickly, with a new woman prompting a vague reaction from Chanel about jealousy.

Using a TikTok from Quote Lectures featuring popular rapper Megan Thee Stallion, the 30-year-old hinted that he’s not jealous and never will be about Mustard’s new girlfriend.
“If someone tries to play with me nine times out of ten, they’re going to get their feelings hurt,” Megan says in the clip. “You want to make me jealous? Won’t work. I am a wicked whore.”
The “Savage” star continued, “Where are you going after this — Or are you trying to piss me off? Not going to work. I’m naturally happy that f**ks like you don’t dictate my happiness.” At the end of the video, he declares that he was “happy before you got here,” will remain “happy when you leave,” and will still be himself at the end of the day.
The mysterious update comes after Mustard and his beau revealed their romance in a video shared on Instagram by gossip channel Gossip of the City Tea and captioned, “DJ Mustard celebrating with his boo.”
In the reel, the pair sit side by side, celebrating the beatmaker’s wife’s birthday with friends. The guests joined in the singing while the overjoyed celebrant clapped and moved along. An invitee declared, “Happy birthday, a great year, and a great man,” prompting everyone to exclaim with delight.
Although the group looked like they were having fun, the commentators didn’t share their joy as they slammed Mustard for getting over his ex-wife so quickly. “This is what we can finally see together,” wrote one. “He had been long before the divorce; he may be the reason.”
Another said, “She’s doing dirty Chanel, smh. Her karma is coming,” while a third exclaimed, “Chanel held the man so he could cuss her.”
Another user believes it’s acceptable but not publicly, especially if Mustard “really” cares for Chanel, the mother of his children. Likewise, one critic wrote, “Adding yet another scratch on why being ride or die is NEVER worth it in the end.”
As fans trash the 32-year-old trap star, they may also remember Chanel’s allegations that she owed money in their divorce, which she denied, insisting that she was not the debtor. In a document obtained by The Blast, she pointed out that the influence of social media made their divorce process problematic even though she continued to pay large sums of money.
“Chanel’s claim that I have financially starved her because of the breakup is a blatant lie,” he wrote. “Since Chanel and I separated in May 2022, I have continued to bear my responsibility to support her and the children.”
Mustard added that he pays all of his ex-wife’s bills, including “all of her credit card bills,” “housing costs,” and the children’s expenses, including private school tuition.
In addition, he continued to voluntarily pay child support along with a sum of fees for their children’s “educational, medical and extracurricular expenses.”
