The unnamed female individual reportedly had an affair in 2015 with the “Two and A Half Men” alum, who exposed her to HIV. In the suit he filed at the time in LA County Superior Court, Sheen’s identity was withheld because documents called him an undercover man.

However, the media learned that the defendant in question was Sheen when the female complainant later revealed that the person had announced his HIV status on national TV on November 17, 2015.
