Regarding Todd and Julie’s incarceration on fraud charges, their eldest son claims the couple is stuck in bad conditions despite people believing they are in a “country club jail.” Grieving her parents’ condition, the reality TV star revealed:

“My mother is sitting there without air, and my father’s facility is without air. Both have black mold, lead based paint, drop roofs on both facilities. So it’s just, it’s just a lie.”

Chase also said the unscripted program will have scenes of the family communicating with the incarcerated couple over the phone or going for a visit. When asked if his siblings were worried about sharing the dark side of their story, the 27-year-old confirmed he had no doubts.

“I’m sure you’re aware that no one in my family has a filter, so we can really give a damn about anything anyone else says or thinks. We have a broken system; we know that. It’s just our turn to experience it first hand,” quipped the entertainer.
