In the filing, Marienangela King asked the judge to help her recover “a deed of four pieces of Michael Jackson artwork, called the SEXY Suite, which Cher admitted was removed from my room.” She claims the singer took them from her room while she was out performing at a 9/11 benefit in New York in 2021.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, King added, “These items are also at (Elijah’s) mother’s house in Malibu.”

The recent development comes after she accused Cher of hiring four men to kidnap her son, Elijah Blue Allman, from a New York hotel, where she and her estranged husband were meeting to try to mend their marriage. This is probably what he meant by “the management of his health.”

In the legal filing, King also asked to “conduct discovery” of her estranged husband’s health records, alleging that Cher “interfered” with his health management.

The court document states, “I would also like to conduct discovery [Elijah’s] health record as [his] mother continues to interfere with her health management as well as her location and accessibility.”

Elijah has a long history of drug abuse, leading his mother to make several interventions in an effort to help him fight his addiction.

A report claims he spent the last six months at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in Beverly Hills. Elijah is said to be famous among the hotel staff for his habit of smoking, traveling and fainting.

The staff eventually contacted Cher when they became very concerned about her behavior. Things took a turn for the worse on September 14 when Cher was informed that her son was unconscious outside the hotel. Police officers arrived two days later to escort Elijah off the property, sending him to a rehabilitation facility in Pasadena.

When talking about his drug abuse in a 2014 interview, Elijah said, “My drug addiction was about eight years of very heavy use. I’ve taken a lot of drugs on the road. I smoked drugs (heroin), took a lot of pills, any painkillers we could get, and drank.”

Cher has since denied King’s claims that she had four men kidnap her son, stating that the rumors are “not true.”

The singer has yet to respond to King’s latest allegations.
