Cher’s Son Elijah Blue Flaunts Healthy Glow Days After Conservatorship Denial

Cher’s son, Elijah Blue Allman, is enjoying his latest victory after his famous mother was denied conservatorship over him.

Earlier this year, the famous singer filed for immediate conservatorship over his 47-year-old son, claiming he was unable to manage his finances due to mental health issues and a strong addiction to substances.

However, his request was denied, with a hearing set for January 29. Ahead of the new trial, Elijah showed the world that he was fired up.

She covered her face with a pair of sunglasses and accessorized with a simple necklace.

In the accompanying caption, the 47-year-old shared a quote from Henry David Thoreau’s book “Walden” that seems to represent a current phase of his life. “I went to the forest because I wanted to live deliberately, just to display the important facts of life.”

In no time, the post was bombarded with comments from loyal fans cheering him on amid his legal battle with his mother. “Elijah is back to play your music. Love all the killer albums ??? you got this,” one fan urged.

Others, however, suggested that he make up with his singer mother. As we previously reported, the “Believe” singer asked to be the sole conservator of her son’s estate, citing concerns that Elijah would spend all his money on drugs.

“[Cher] unable to discuss Elijah’s preferences regarding the appointment of a temporary conservator because given Elijah’s current mental and physical health issues, discussed in detail in the Confidential Supplemental Information filed concurrently, he is unable to form or express a preference regarding the appointment of a conservator for his estate,” the document reads.

It continued, “[Cher] worried that any funds distributed to Elijah would be immediately spent on drugs, leaving Elijah with no assets to support himself and endangering Elijah’s life.”

The pop goddess also expressed concern about her son’s estranged wife, Marieangela King,” who accused Cher of kidnapping Elijah as they tried to reunite to repair their marriage. “Cher]was informed and believed that Angela was not supportive of Elijah’s recovery and that Angela was actively working to keep Elijah from getting clean and sober or receiving the mental health treatment he desperately needed,” Cher claims in the filing.

Cher’s Conservatorship Request Denied, Elijah Vows To Fight

Despite Cher’s claims, her request was denied. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge reportedly found that Cher’s attorney did not provide Elijah and his attorney with the necessary paperwork to give them enough time to present their case.

Prior to the dismissal, Elijah filed an objection to his mother’s request stating that he was not served with sufficient papers, which would have given him and his legal counsel sufficient time to prepare.
