Chitrangada Singh started her career as a model in 1994. She did modeling assignments for brands like ICICI bank and Alukkas Jewellery. Singh gained recognition after appearing in the music video of Gulzar’s music video “Sunset Point.” Next, he appeared in several more music videos. In 2003, a film director, Sudhir Mishra, saw her in the music video of the pop song “Koi Lauta De Woh Pyare Pyare Din” and called her for a screen test for his film, “Hazaaron Khawahishein Aisi,” which she passed with ease. , and his performance in the film was appreciated by the audience and critics.
After that, he appeared in the movie “Kal: Yesterday and Tomorrow.” He, then, took a sabbatical from his acting career for a while.
