“One of my mother’s biggest messages is ‘take care of yourself.’ If you don’t take care of you, you can’t give your full capacity of love, wisdom, kindness and power to others,” explained Lattanzi.

Given her poor health, the 37-year-old announced she would be taking time off to “honor her mind, body and spirit” before the minor issues she’s had in the field get worse. The effect will be gone for about three weeks to a month after the next “Wellness Walk”.

The annual Olivia’s Walk for Wellness supports the legacy of the late “Grease” actress and her passion to raise awareness and funds for cancer patients. This year’s project is scheduled for Sunday, October 8, 2023, in Melbourne, Australia.

Again explaining his lack of communication, Lattanzi said: “I just want to say to whoever I’m not consistent with, I’m sorry. I wasn’t consistent with myself, and I didn’t take care of myself.”

The Los Angeles beauty concluded, “So in the spirit of my mom and in the spirit of the Wellness Walk, I’m going to take a month to do that so I can fully serve others,” hoping her reminder to prioritize self-wellness will help those in need.
