“Captain America” star Chris Evans has officially confirmed his marriage to Alba Baptista.
The 42-year-old showed off her wedding ring for the first time, letting everyone know she’s officially off the market.

Chris Evans confirms that he and Alba Baptista are married, because they had not one but two weddings! One takes place on the East Coast and the other takes place in his home country of Portugal.
“We have two parties,” he shared with Page Six. “We had one on the East Coast, we did one in Portugal — my wife’s Portuguese. But they are just … wonderful and beautiful. It’s a lot of wedding planning — for those of you who are married, you know, it takes a lot out of you.”
Evans continued, “But now that we’re through it, we’re just enjoying life, getting ready for fall — my favorite season. It’s, like, the best time of the year right now. Now we just relax and enjoy life and reflect.”
Previously, when Evans and Baptisa were only casually dating, the “Captain America” star admitted, “My girlfriend that I had for a while, when we started dating … I was like: ‘Yeah, I do one movie a year . I try to never work now.’ And then, after like a few months of dating, boom, guess what? We lived in Atlanta for a year. Ready. And even though that year happened, I was like, man, never again.

The “Avengers” star showed off her wedding ring at New York Comic Con on Saturday, just a month after the two tied the knot with Alba Baptista in Boston, Massachusetts.
In the photo, obtained exclusively by Page Six, Chris Evans showed off his gold stripes as he spoke on stage with Tumblr at the event, wearing a blue bomber jacket over a black graphic tee, along with black pants and a white pair of sneakers.
But that wasn’t all, as he also verbally confirmed the marriage during the panel, saying, “I’m married,” as the crowd cheered. “It’s really great,” he added.

Chris Evans is famous in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Captain America, but it’s been a few years since he suited up and appeared on the big screen.
In a recent interview, Evans told whether he would return to the MCU with one word: “Maybe.”
“I would never say no, just because it was such a wonderful experience,” Evans added. “But I’m also very precious to him. It’s something I’m very proud of. And like I said, sometimes I can’t believe it’s happening. And I don’t want a black eye if it feels like a cash grab or if it doesn’t live up to expectations or if it just feels like it doesn’t relate to the original thing. So, soon.”
