In the interview, Stause gave the lowdown on the “design project” he and Smith worked on, which ended up on the cutting room floor. G Flip, who also joined Stause behind the mic for the interview, is involved with the project.

Stause explained Smith allegedly “started issues” with the project, which Stause said later stalled.

When going into more detail, Stause explained Smith was allegedly annoyed that the project never made it to the screen.

“But we shot for nine months,” Stause said. “You can do it. You don’t have to involve me and my partner,” he continued, according to Us Weekly. “At the end of the day, I want to make this clear: I love Amanda. I love him, so I think he’s in the mood right now because he wants to get something on the show, but at some point, he has to understand that this is my partner. I’m very protective,” continued Stause.

He also revealed that he has “paid for everything that has been done” with the project, and the two have apologized to each other.

Smith allegedly still blocked Stause on social media, which he reportedly did once the season started, and promised he would reveal why “in due course.”

The ban was news to his former friend, who explained in an interview that his fans had been to the point where he knew Smith had blocked him, and that he believed any lingering feelings had been “broken” after their apology.
