Santos appeared to hold a personal grudge against Teigen when he took to Twitter to share a series of tweets highlighting “miss #WHCD23.” While the thread included other stars like Ariana Madix, Julia Fox, Jerry O’Connell, and his wife, Rebecca Romijn, the congressman previously targeted the tweet at the mother of three. The 34-year-old politician has written:
